We are deeply committed to the health and safety of our entire family - staff, their families and you, our extended family, the Traralgon Automotive Group customers. 

We have revised and refocused our hygiene standards both in quality and frequency with particular attention to frequently touched surfaces including desks, door handles, waiting/reception areas, toilets etc… 

SERVICE DEPARTMENT 

Our technicians will continue to wear protective gloves and use disinfectant on touched surfaces to ensure optimum cleanliness and protection. 

SALES DEPARTMENT 

Similarly, Sales Consultants will ensure all touched surfaces are thoroughly disinfected and are ready and willing to demonstrate or handover your new or pre owned vehicle in a safe and sanitized environment . 

CARING FOR YOU 

We recommend that any employees that show flu like symptoms remain home and encourage best practices as guided by the health authorities. With the constantly evolving circumstances we are ready and willing to provide you with the service that you may prefer, particularly if you are concerned with face to face interaction. Please feel free to voice your concerns with our staff who will endeavor to compliment your needs and expectation. So, Traralgon Automotive Group is adopting a business as usual approach.
